The first night's event was held at the
Grand Millennium Hotel. There were nearly 80 family members and
guests present. The second night was hawker stall affair at Matthias' house. There was a Steam boat stall, a satay stall, a laksa stall and an ice-kachang stall as well. There was also a stall with roast pork. The ladies of the family went on a shopping spree for handbags. See if you can spot the photo. The final night was a dinner at the OverSeas Restaurant. Three consecutive nights of feasting was jut a bit too much for some of us. It was announced that the next possible reunion would be in 2014 when Rene would be 70. |
